Vince Neil was caught moonlighting this past weekend, playing a special solo show on Friday for Bike Week in Myrtle Beach, S.C. Vince and his band, which included Dana Strum on bass and Jeff Blando on guitar both from Slaughter, played for about 700 people at The Afterdeck/Dollhouse.
Vince played a little of everything from old Crue to his solo stuff and even a couple of cover songs. He also played the song “Promise Me” which hasn’t been released, but appeared on his VH1 special "Remaking: Vince Neil." One of the highlights of the night, was when Vince played "Girls,Girls,Girls" and dedicated it to The Dollhouse and brought out a bunch of strippers from the club to dance during the song. They were so talented that he invited them to stay for the next one "Wildside" as well.
The night ended with Vince joining in on guitar for a long version of "Teaser." It was a great show that I really didn’t expect to see. I wonder what Nikki thinks of this
